Q: Is Lifted 4x4 a "virtual company" that just exists on the Web?

Lifted 4x4 is not a virtual company. We have a full-time in-house call center, warehouse, and retail parts counter. With our up-to-date logistics technology, we are able to ship your order quickly. If you have questions, please call or visit us.

Q: Does  Lifted 4x4 use a secure server for my orders?

Yes! Ordering at  Lifted 4x4 .com is fast and secure. All credit card transactions at  Lifted 4x4 .com are securely processed using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. Q: Does  Lifted 4x4 ship orders to customers outside the USA?

Yes we do.  Lifted 4x4 ships to customers all over the world every day. You can place your order on our website, and we will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to provide you with details about your order including freight charges and transit times. You can also email our International sales team at lifted4x4offroad@gmail.com, or call us at 214-475-2648 if you are outside the USA or Canada for details. Please place your order online and you will be contacted with a shipping quote and the order will be held for customer approval. At the discretion of Lifted 4x4, accepted forms of payment are Credit Card, Pay Pal, and Electronic Transfer of Funds.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

Most orders will be shipped by FedEx. Small items may ship via the Postal Service. Hardtops ship by truck freight, we will contact you with the final cost. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.

Q: When do you charge my credit card?

Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

Q: What does Lifted 4x4 Center do with back orders?

Because we are a Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

Q: What is your guaranteed lowest price policy?

Lifted 4x4 will match a competitor's delivered price, which will include shipping and tax, for the same brand product as long as it is from an authorized distributor, the product is in stock and the price can be verified on a website. The pricing match guarantee will not apply to items listed from auction websites, or listed as clearance, closeout, discontinued, second, scratch and dent, or are priced incorrectly in the authorized distributor's catalog, or website,. The price match guarantee can not be based on club or membership discounts or group buys and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Q: What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. We only specify that the product not be installed, damaged, missing components, or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods. Wheels are not returnable after tires have been mounted.
